Don't throw it away. Let's see if we can fix it.
Bring along your broken or damaged items and our volunteer repairers will see whether they can give them another chance.

Repairing things. Sharing skills. Reducing waste.
Windsor Repair Café brings local residents and volunteer repairers together to see whether broken or damaged items can be given another life.
We meet on the third Saturday of every month, except August and December, from 10am to 2pm.
There is no charge for our volunteers' time. Donations are always appreciated and help us meet the costs of running the Repair Café. If your repair requires a replacement part or material, you may need to provide or pay for this separately.
Bring us your broken things.
Our volunteers have a wide range of practical skills. What we can repair depends on the people available on the day, but these are some of the things we regularly see.
Ask us first.
Send us a few details about your item and, if possible, include a photograph.
Ask UsSimple, practical and friendly.
Repair Café is about much more than dropping something off. Wherever possible, you can stay with the repairer, see what they are doing and learn a little along the way.
Tell us about it
Send a Repair Enquiry beforehand so we know what you may be bringing.
Bring it along
Come to Windsor Baptist Church between 10am and 2pm.
Meet a repairer
We'll match you with a volunteer who has the most appropriate skills available.
See what we can do
Stay with us while we investigate the problem and, hopefully, get your item working again.
Repairs are seen in order of arrival.
Sending an enquiry before you visit helps us plan, but it does not reserve an appointment or a place in the queue.
Waiting times depend on the type and number of repairs already waiting. For example, we may sometimes be able to deal with textiles or lighting more quickly than electrical or electronic equipment.
We recommend arriving in good time and bringing one item at a time.
Look what we've repaired.
Sometimes a small repair is all it takes to keep something useful out of the bin.
Another item given a second chance
Repair rather than replace
Keeping useful things in use
And it's about people too.
Your local Repair Café.
Come along with your item, meet our volunteers and see whether together we can give it another chance.
