Our website uses Fluent Forms to collect repair enquiries.
When you submit the form, the information is emailed to Windsor Repair Café so that our volunteers can review your enquiry.
Relevant repair details are then recorded on the paperwork used to manage repairs at the appropriate Repair Café session.
These records are retained for reference. Emails containing repair enquiries are archived.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only for purposes connected with Windsor Repair Café, including:
- Responding to your enquiry
- Understanding the item and the problem before you visit
- Organising repairs on the day
- Contacting you where necessary about your repair
- Maintaining records of repairs carried out or considered

Photographs uploaded with a repair enquiry will not automatically be used for publicity simply because they have been submitted.
If you have previously given permission for us to use a photograph and would like us to stop using it, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to remove it from places under our control.
