Give us as much information as you can about your item and what has gone wrong. It helps our volunteers understand what you may be bringing to the next Windsor Repair Café.

Submitting this form does not book an appointment or reserve a place in the queue. Repairs are dealt with in order of arrival on the day.

What should I tell you?

  • What the item is
  • The make and model, where relevant
  • What has stopped working or what is damaged
  • Anything that happened immediately before the problem began
  • Approximately when you plan to arrive

When are we open?

Windsor Repair Café meets on the third Saturday of every month, except August and December.

We are open from 10am to 2pm at Windsor Baptist Church, Victoria Street, Windsor SL4 1EH.

Your expected arrival time helps us plan the day, but it is not a timed appointment.

The details you submit are sent to Windsor Repair Café so we can see what you are hoping to bring.

We prepare for the session

Your information helps us understand the mix of repairs likely to arrive and which volunteer skills may be needed.

Bring your item along

Come along between 10am and 2pm. Repairs are seen in order of arrival and we will match you with an appropriate repairer when one is available.

Good to know

Waiting times can vary.

The number of people waiting for each type of repair can be very different.

We may sometimes be able to deal with textiles or lighting more quickly than electrical or electronic equipment.

We recommend arriving in good time and bringing one item at a time.
